The challenge here is how to make the pancaked breast look nice without the scars of a breast lift. This looser skin required larger implants (on top of the muscle) to look nice; great result.
View Larger Photo »Obviously a peculiarly shaped breast; I was able to get this enhancement without any lift scars. Remember, the underlying shape still has a lot to do with the final result.
View Larger Photo »This patient needed a lot of upper pole enhancement because she had an unusually long, flat area above the nipple (see left image, far breast).
View Larger Photo »She started with asymmetry, and also a short distance between the nipple and infra-mammary crease. After the surgery you can still see some asymmetry, but this is a great improvement.
View Larger Photo »Another challenging shape; tuberous breasts needed a lift (all around the areola) and implants.
View Larger Photo »Same patient front view. Tuberous breasts are very difficult as they need areolar reduction, breast lifting, implants, and asymmetry needs to be dealt with
View Larger Photo »This is a very challenging case because the patient has so little distance between the nipple and the infra-mammary crease. In addition, she is very thin, so the top of the implants show a little, even though the implants are under the muscle.
View Larger Photo »More difficult case, had to 'cheat' and leave implants a little high, she didn't want any fuller
View Larger Photo »Fairly typical problem; patient lost volume after child bearing.
View Larger Photo »Front view or previous patient. Fairly typical problem; patient lost volume after child bearing. The mild asymmetry was also there before the procedure
