  Obviously a peculiarly shaped breast; I was able to get this enhancement without any lift scars. Remember, the underlying shape still has a lot to do with the final result.

  She started with asymmetry, and also a short distance between the nipple and infra-mammary crease. After the surgery you can still see some asymmetry, but this is a great improvement.
