Four years post-rhinoplasty with narrowing of bones, thinning and sharpening of the tip, lowering of the dorsum, and narrowing of the nostrils. The thicker skin and narrow poorly defined tip present a big challenge!

(Part 1) Treated a patient with a lowered dorsum and narrow nostrils. We corrected the dorsum sharpened and raised the tip of the nose. Over the next few weeks, the slight bump should go down, the tip will rotate slightly downward and nostril scars will fade. The picture was taken just 3 weeks after surgery.
